QUICK EGG PARATHA…

A quick tiffiin recipe which I cooked yesterday.. this is such a quick  and filling dish which you can make with leftover rotis and pack your kids lunch box or even have it for breakfast

I am going to write the ingredients and method together so that you can easily  make it as you read the recipe

BEAT 4 EGGS ( one for the each roti)

Add salt, pepper, chopped onions ,green chillies,and finely chopped coriander leaves.

Heat a tawa or pan add 2 tsp of oil or more if required

pour the beaten egg mixture on the tawa and let it cook for about 30 sec

keep a leftover roti on this mix and press

when cooked turn the roti to the other side

serve hot with ketchup or roll and fill up the lunch box.
