rice rotis are very delicious and simple to make and they well with many different kinds of curries especially chicken curry or some spicy curry
Take 2 cups water and keep it to boil , add 1 tsp salt , a little chopped coriander, jeera or cumin seeds to the water and let it boil and a spoon full of ghee.
when it starts boiling add 2 cups rice flour to it, and stir cover and let it cook for 5 mins taking care not to let it stick to the bottom.
remove cool and knead into a dough.
roll and make like a regular chapati.
