I just love stir-fries as they are so versatile you can add any amount of vegetables , eggs or chicken to it
Last saturday i purchased some brocolli, red pepper and prawns especially for this stirfry and it tasted really great.
I use oil or butter(rarely) for this dish add all the ingredients together then add some finely chopped garlic to it and stir . finally when the vegetables are semi cooked i add the pepper powder. If you have to add chicken to your stirfry you have to first boil it , then shred and add it to the stirfry at the end. for eggs you can either boil and then shred or stir it in slowly into the vegetables and then cook.
I used the following vegetables in the stir fry.
cabbage,babycorn,green capsicum,red pepper,onions,brocolli
i used prawns for the non-veg part.
