AMRAS-hey!!!!! mangoes and mango juice are in the market

PALAK-CHANADAL VEGETABLE – I have been cooking palak in this style for a long time but on the 6th i did some innovation and i added some ingredients which made it extra special and tasty.

RECIPE:

heat a cooker [this recipe is very quick in a cooker so i am giving you this recipe] put oil , add finely chopped onion and garlic . after they turn brown add finely chopped spinach or palak , soaked chana dal,red chilli powder,haldi powder  , a little garam masala powder, little sugar,salt , and the twist that i gave to the regular recipe was i added prawns and cashew powder which gave it a different taste and the veg recipe got a non- veg touch.
