I made mungdal khicdi which is a mixture of rice and mungdal in the propotion of 1:1 and cooked till soft , not like a rice pulao. and then you can eat it with hot ghee , papad and dahi

KHICDI is a good food when you are in a rush , or you have come home late and tired to cook a full meal or even when you are not feeling too well.
