TIFFIN ON 22ND FEB…

I have uploaded this photograph after a very long time.

The tiffin contains chapati rolled with gul or jaggery , phodni rice- i.e make rice seperatly then take oil in a pan put a tempering of rai,hing,curryleaves,green chillies and put finely chopped onions into it. stir till soft then put in the rice.add lemonjuice a little sugar and garnish with coriander. and i gave him some curds and a packet of mango cream biscuits.

It was a simple tiffin as i was busy that day.
