I wanted to show all you friends how the LAL MATHACHI BHAJI which i had spoken so much about looked like.
Its very simple to make let me give you the recipe in short.
chopp lal math finely
give bagar of rai, hing in oil , add the chopped lal math to it and let it cook for about 10 mins without adding water, lalmath leaves a lot of water which is enough to keep it moist and cook in its own juices.
grind together 1/2 cup coconut, chilli powder, haldi powder, a little garam masala powder, tamarind , and jaggery [a little]
pour the ground mixture in the cooked vegetable and let the whole thing cook for about 10 mins more add salt to taste.
ISN’T IT A SIMPLE AND NUTRITIOUS VEGETABLE TO COOK.
